The Chef

From the Berkhoff school in Amsterdam, Ronald Kluft quickly became a pastry chef at the hotel "Alpenrose" in Gstaad.

Also in Gstaad, he shares his know-how at the hotel "the Gstaad hights" in the same post.

It is aboard the "Anacolutte", hotel barge going from Paris to Joigny, that he makes his debut in France being head chef.

In 1998 he decided to open his restaurant "L'auberge du center" with his wife Katharina Kluft.
